INSTRUCTIONS OF CONDUCT

    Practices can be implemented in schools with the privileges of a public school: primary and secondary schools and private language schools. At least 1/3 of the practices must be implemented in public schools.
     
    Before starting practice, the student reported on duty to the Coordinator. Practice, in order to obtain consent for the practice established at the school and Referral (for I year, for the second year) practices.

    Credits practice teaching module:

    for the first year: Students must fulfill 30 hours of practice a pedagogical observation in the second semester.
    In order to settle the practices the student must complete the Official Practice and prepare a report on the practice of a pedagogical observation on the basis of surveys. Moreover, it must get signed by the supervisor of the school certificate from the school in which the practice took place.

    for the second year: The student must realize the practice of the preparatory teaching after 60 hours in the first and second semester. Must lead (alone) of these 120 hours yearly at least 1/3 hours of instruction, ie. 40 hours. The rest of this hour observation (80 hours).
    In order to settle the practices the student must complete the Official Practice and the report, held student teaching experience. Moreover, it must get signed by the supervisor of the school certificate from the school in which the practice took place.

 Each student presented his schooling tutor:
        contract work
        account
        forms: (Print ZZA fill if the salary is higher than the minimum amount, ie. 1850 zł . In other cases fill ZUA)
            ZUS ZWUA
            ZUS ZZA or ZUS ZUA
            GUARDIAN statement (statement for the contractor who receives monthly salary above 2100 zł gross).
        PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION CAREFULLY !!!! :

    Completed by the supervisor of school documents, the student passes the coordinator practices in the unit. The forms must be completed in accordance with the instructions or according to the formula (MODEL Contracts Orders and MODEL Account, these two documents will be completed in two copies and double-sided!). The remuneration of a teacher, an amount equal to 130 zł for every 30 hours of care (you have to sum up all the hours of care regardless of whether the teacher has custody of one or more students). Payment of the remuneration for the care takes place in November next academic year. Please do not write the amount on the contract and invoice.

      5. After his practices, to their credit, the student is composed of Coordinator. Practice within the deadline to the end of the September examination session and no later than 09.29.2016 r. All the above. documents.
 

   6. Students residing in the Erasmus scholarships can take practice during the trip in consultation with the Coordinator. Practice. In the case the scholarship Erasmus take place during the Second Year, the student has the posibility to do 2/3 of the hours of the Second Year during the First Year (it means, 26 h of instruction and 50 of observation).
