Erasmus+ is a program designed for Professors also.
This program provides visits financed up to 5 days at universities with which our Department has signed bilateral agreements. See below the list of universities with which the Department of Iberian and Ibero-American Studies at the University of Warsaw has signed bilateral agreements under the Erasmus + Program.
The program, which refers to our Department, is intended for Professors employed full-time during the academic year in which the visit will take place. Academic degree is not taken into account.
Visits are designed to give a minimum of 8 hours of lessons at the University of destination.
The main requirements for the visit are:
- Obtaining a personal invitation from the representative of the host university,
- Submission of documentation in due time to the Departmental Mobility Coordinator,
- Carrying out the visit on dates specified in the invitation,
- Completion of visit on dates and in the prescribed period,
- Submission of all required documentation to the Office of International Relations at the UW upon arrival.
Detailed information about the procedure of visits, each year appears in this place, around November, December or January. The dates depend on the directives of the Office of International Relations at the UW and the Polish Ministry of Higher Education and Science.
At this time, we will publish annually the details corresponding to the time of the call papers, the required documentation and other particulars concerning the calling in each academic year.
