GENERAL PRACTICES FOR STUDENTS, PhD STUDENTS AND GRADUATES ERASMUS +
GENERAL PRACTICES FOR undergraduate and graduate students ERASMUS +

    The qualifications can participate students I, II, III degree or uniform master (stationary or non-stationary).

    Each student or student in doctoral programs (hereinafter referred to as "student") of the University of Warsaw (UW), the nationality of any country in the world, he is entitled to apply for Erasmus funding for an internship abroad.

    The practice can be implemented in a country eligible to participate in the Erasmus + (Spain and Portugal), the university having Erasmus Charter for Higher Education (Erasmus Charter for Higher Education- Echea) or any other foreign institution.
    The practice must be made between 12 October 2016. and 30 September 2017, and must last a minimum of 60 days and the maximum period is 90 days.
    The amount of allocated funds (individual support) Erasmus is:

500 euro / month - Spain, Portugal.

GENERAL PRACTICES FOR GRADUATES ERASMUS +

    Each student or doctoral student in the University of Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as a student), who are in their final year of study, the nationality of any country in the world, is entitled to apply for funding Erasmus (SMPA type) to an internship abroad as a graduate.
    The qualifications can participate students of final year of studies I, II, III degree, who filed his candidacy during the last year of studies and qualifications to practice occurred before the defense work: bachelor's, master's thesis or doctoral dissertation. At the time of donating funds Erasmus graduate may not be a student of UW or any other Polish or foreign university. Post-graduate students than they are entitled to apply for Erasmus funding.
    The practice should begin and end within 12 months from the date of graduation, for which he shall be the date of defense of the thesis, master's thesis or doctoral dissertation, and must last a maximum period of 60 days.

    A student may be granted Erasmus funds to a maximum total period of 12 months for each stage of study (I, II or III) in order to serve overseas practices and / or part of their studies.

    The qualification of candidates takes place in the home (the department / institute) unit student

Basic eligibility criteria are: a) the accuracy of the placement program with the curriculum, b) academic achievement, c) confirmation of the student's practice sent by the foreign, which would be the practice (in the Application candidacy), d) the completed form - Learning Agreement for Traineeships - part Before the Mobility, d) proven knowledge of the language in which it has carried out the practice.
 

Each student applying for the practice of Erasmus + must present coordinator practices ERASMUS + ISIiI in the following documents:

1- card course of studies in ISIiI stamped by our secretariat)

2 CV in Spanish or Portuguese (depending on the study)

3 A cover letter addressed to the coordinator practice ISIiI in Spanish or Portuguese (depending on the study).

4 And the following documents: the candidature student and an agreement on the program of practice (Learning Agreement for Traineeships, part Before the Mobility), which must first be signed in the unit, and then submitted to the IRO.

    Funds Erasmus (SMP) will be awarded on a regular basis according to the order of registration of incoming emails IRO complete the following duly completed documents (forms located on www.bwz.uw.edu.pl):

a) Zgłoszenie Kandydatury studenta (the candidature student) ,

b) Learning Agreement for TraineeshipsBefore the Mobility, (the agreement of program practices)

c) oświadczenie o przyznaniu lub nieprzyznaniu stypendium LLP-Erasmus (a statement or not to grant scholarship LLP-Erasmus and Erasmus + funds in the past).

    After returning student is required to provide the coordinator ISIiI copy of the following documents (Original papers passes IRO):

a) Learning Agreement (After the mobility), y

b) Transcript of work.

    International Relations Office (IRO) UW will post every 2 months the number of available places. Current information on the organization and funding practices Erasmus (SMP; KA1) will be posted on the website of IRO: www.bwz.uw.edu.pl
